Bach to Rock, the nation’s leading music franchise, has released a detailed 2014 Franchise Disclosure Document that offers radical transparency to potential franchisees, providing the tools needed to build an informed projection for the business. Included in the document are figures that span five years of sales at Bach to Rock schools.

The FDD shows a pattern of sustained revenue growth in Bach to Rock affiliate-owned schools from 2009 to 2013. The average revenue of existing schools was: $345,787 at the end of year one, $522,761 at year two, $578,041 at year three, $662,460 at year four and $699,711 at year five.

The direct margin on goods and services sold was higher than 70% for all Bach to Rock Schools in 2013.

“When you look at the money that can be potentially generated by a Bach to Rock franchise and combine it with the extreme need in the marketplace for high-quality music education, it’s easy to see why our brand is taking off,” says Brian Gross, Bach to Rock president. “Our schools are sustainable and show the ability to ramp up quickly.”

The first Bach to Rock franchised school opened in 2013, and there are now a total of six franchise schools in New York, Pennsylvania and California. Several more franchise schools are in the pipeline, and the company expects to triple in size by 2015.
